Terms of Service
Using our services means you accept Ultra Auto Spa's Terms.
Our Policy & Terms
Ultra Auto Spa
Effective Date: 01/01/2026
Effective: Oct 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every service provided by Ultra Auto Spa
("we," "us," "our") to the customer ("you," "Customer"). "Customer" includes the vehicle
owner and any person who schedules service, authorizes work, or presents the vehicle for
service.
1.Terms of Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
A late fee of 15% (or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less) may be applied to
past-due balances, plus 1.5% per month on balances unpaid after 30 days.
Online invoiced payments incur a processing fee of 3.5%, reflecting payment
processor fees, applicable taxes on installed products, and administrative costs.
Returned checks and reversed payments incur a $35 fee plus any bank charges.
Ultra Auto Spa may suspend or refuse future service for non-payment.
Customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs, including administrative fees,
collection agency fees, arbitration fees, court costs, and attorneys' fees as allowed by
law.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Customer agrees to contact Ultra Auto Spa and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve
any concern before disputing a charge with a bank or card issuer. Service that was
performed is not grounds for a chargeback because the customer is dissatisfied with
results that fall within these Terms. If a chargeback is filed for completed work, Customer
remains responsible for the full balance, the processor's dispute fee, and collection costs.
Signed estimates, invoices, photos, and these Terms may be submitted as evidence.
2. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows
Certain services require a deposit, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, window
tint, multi-day services, and specialty installs. Deposits are non-refundable once materials
are ordered, cut, or prepared, or once the appointment time is reserved.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
appointment. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or denied access after dispatch are subject to a
minimum $75 fee. That fee may increase based on the service scheduled, materials pre-cut or prepared,
technicians dispatched, and travel distance.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Two or more no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
If Ultra Auto Spa must reschedule due to weather, equipment, or staffing, we will rebook
at no charge; this is the Customer's sole remedy for a rescheduled appointment.
3. Service Area & Travel Fees
Ultra Auto Spa is based in Magnolia, Texas. Our primary service areas are Magnolia and
The Woodlands. Service outside this area may incur a travel fee based on distance, fuel,
and time, disclosed before scheduling.
4. Scope ofWork
All work is limited strictly to the services listed in the approved estimate, invoice, or
service agreement. Additional services must be approved before work proceeds. Verbal, text, or email
approval is binding. Estimates are based on a visual inspection and the information Customer provides. If
the vehicle's actual condition (heavier soiling, pet hair, sand, mold, biohazards, heavy
contamination, or undisclosed damage) requires more time or product, the price may
be adjusted before work continues. Completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Ultra Auto Spa may decline or stop any service if we believe it is unsafe or likely to
damage the vehicle. Customer pays only for work completed.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Customer acknowledges the vehicle may have pre-existing damage, including but not
limited to:
- Rock chips, scratches, swirls, etching, and water spots
- Clear coat failure, failing or thin paint, and oxidation
- Prior bodywork, touch-ups, or respray
- Worn, faded, cracked, or loose trim, emblems, moldings, and rubber seals
- Interior staining, fading, tears, burns, or brittle materials
- Electrical, sensor, or water-leak issues
- Cracked or chipped glass and failing windshield seals
Ultra Auto Spa may photograph or video the vehicle before and after service. These
records may be used to document condition and are considered accurate unless disputed
in writing within 48 hours.
Ultra Auto Spa is not responsible for the failure of aged, repainted, previously repaired, or
compromised surfaces, and is not liable for damage resulting from:
- Pre-existing defects or improper prior repairs
- Weak or thin clear coat and paint
- Failing trim, emblems, moldings, or rubber seals
- Oxidized or sun-damaged plastics
- Hidden defects not reasonably visible during inspection
If pre-existing damage is discovered during service, Customer will be notified. Ultra Auto
Spa may pause work until Customer approves proceeding, and proceeding is at
Customer's risk.
6. Aftermarket, Non-Factory & Modified SurfacesWaiver
Ultra Auto Spa's processes, products, and pricing are designed for original factory (OEM)
finishes and components. Any surface, part, or finish that was not installed by the original
manufacturer is serviced entirely at Customer's risk.
What counts as aftermarket or non-factory:
- Repainted, resprayed, blended, or touched-up panels, including full or partial paint
jobs, custom paint, candy, pearl, flake, matte, satin, or chameleon finishes
- Body shop or collision repairs, body filler, and single-stage or non-OEM clear coats
- Vinyl wraps, color-change films, chrome deletes, Plasti-dip, liquid wraps, and paint
protection film (PPF) not installed by Ultra Auto Spa
- Ceramic coatings, sealants, or graphene products applied by others
- Aftermarket wheels, powder coating, painted calipers, lift kits, body kits, spoilers,
bumpers, grilles, and fender flares
- Aftermarket lighting, light bars, smoked or tinted lenses, and headlight or taillight
coatings
- Dyed, painted, or restored trim, plastics, and tires; trim dressings or coatings applied
by others
- Aftermarket upholstery, seat covers, headliners, steering wheel wraps, and interior
trim
- Aftermarket electronics: dash cams, radar detectors, remote start, alarms, stereo,
- speakers, screens, LED kits, trackers, and toll devices
- Decals, pinstripes, lettering, badges, emblems, and anything attached with adhesive
- Window tint installed by others
Customer acknowledges
- Non-factory finishes vary widely in quality, adhesion, cure, and durability, and may not
- be visibly distinguishable from factory finishes.
- Standard detailing, washing, polishing, compounding, claying, steaming, pressure
washing, chemical cleaning, and tint installation may cause lifting, peeling, fading,
dulling, staining, burn-through, hazing, edge failure, adhesive failure, or loss of color on
these items.
- Ultra Auto Spa is not required to test, measure, or identify every non-factory surface
- before service.
- Customer is responsible for telling us, before service, about any repaint, wrap, coating,
film, or modification they know of. Failure to disclose places all risk on the Customer.
Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customer releases Ultra Auto Spa, its owners,
employees, and contractors from any claim for damage to, failure of, or diminished
appearance or value of any aftermarket, non-factory, repaired, or modified surface, part,
finish, or accessory arising from services performed with ordinary care. This includes the
cost of repainting, re-wrapping, re-coating, replacing, or reinstalling those items.
Ultra Auto Spa may decline to service any aftermarket or modified item, or may require a
separate signed waiver before proceeding.
7. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Disclaimer
Paint correction reduces visible defects but does not guarantee removal of all scratches
or imperfections. Some defects are too deep to remove safely, and correction
permanently removes a small amount of clear coat. Ultra Auto Spa decides how much
correction is safe; deeper defects may remain.
Ceramic coatings:
- Require proper aftercare and periodic maintenance
- Do not prevent rock chips, scratches, swirls, water spotting, or physical damage
- Do not make vehicles scratch-proof
- Can show high spots or streaks if exposed to water, dew, or chemicals during the cure
period
- Improper washing, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, missed maintenance visits, or
neglect void any coating-related warranty.
Coating warranties cover product failure only,
not appearance changes from environment or use. Any manufacturer warranty is
provided by the manufacturer, not Ultra Auto Spa.
8.Window TintInstallationTerms
- All window tint installations are performed to industry standards. Customer
acknowledges:
- Minor dust particles or micro-contaminants may be present and are within industry
tolerance.
- Film takes 3–7 days to cure, depending on weather. Haze, moisture pockets, or bubbles
during cure are normal.
- Windows must not be rolled down during the cure period.
- Defroster lines, old glass, prior tint removal, or aftermarket electronics may affect
adhesion or appearance.
- Customer is solely responsible for choosing a film shade and for complying with Texas
tint laws and any HOA, employer, or lease rules. Ultra Auto Spa is not responsible for
citations, failed inspections, or removal costs.
Ultra Auto Spa is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing scratches, chips, or defects in glass
- Defroster line failure during removal of old tint
- Interference with aftermarket alarms, remote start, toll tags, GPS, radar detectors, or
stereo wiring
- Glass stress cracks that occur after installation
Sticker, Decal & Glass Attachment RemovalWaiver
To install window film properly, we may need to remove stickers, decals, inspection tags,
registration stickers, parking permits, toll tags, adhesives, and accessories mounted to
glass. By authorizing service, Customer acknowledges:
Removal may damage or destroy the item.
Adhesive residue may require chemical removal.
Ultra Auto Spa is not responsible for replacing removed stickers, decals, tags, permits,
or electronic devices, or for any fees to reissue them.
Ultra Auto Spa is not liable for damage to aftermarket attachments adhered to glass.
9. Chemical & Surface Risk Acknowledgment
Detailing chemicals are designed for automotive surfaces when used properly. Ultra Auto
Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions involving any surface listed in Section 6, or
involving:
Failing clear coat or worn, porous, or sun-damaged plastics and rubber
Leather, suede, Alcantara, or fabrics that are dyed, aged, or not colorfast
Customer sensitivities or allergies to cleaning products or fragrances, unless disclosed
in writing before service
Customer agrees to tell us about any chemical sensitivities before service.
10. Property Use & Mobile Service Disclaimer
For mobile services, Customer agrees to provide:
Safe and legal access to the vehicle, with permission from the property owner, HOA,
landlord, or employer where required
Access to water and/or electricity when required
Adequate drainage space and a reasonably level work area

We may lay down mats in driveways, pressure wash chemical residue off mats, and use
professional-grade cleaning agents. Certain surfaces — new, unsealed, poorly coated, or
damaged concrete, pavers, stone, coated driveways, and landscaping — may experience
staining, spotting, etching, or discoloration.
Ultra Auto Spa is not responsible for:
Cosmetic changes to concrete, pavers, driveway coatings, or surface finishes from
standard detailing procedures
Water, power, or utility usage
Fines, citations, or HOA violations related to service at Customer's chosen location
Damage to plants, lawns, or landscaping from normal runoff or overspray
Customer is responsible for any injury or damage caused by hazards on the property that

secured during service.
11. PersonalBelongings
Customer must remove personal belongings before service. Ultra Auto Spa is not
responsible for:
Lost or damaged personal items
Cash, firearms, electronics, jewelry, documents, or valuables left in the vehicle
Damage to improperly mounted interior accessories, car seats, or loose items
We may move, bag, or set aside items as needed to perform service. Any firearm found will
stop service until Customer removes it. If illegal items or hazardous materials are found,
service may be stopped and the full service fee charged.
12. Vehicle Operation, Keys & Storage
Customer authorizes Ultra Auto Spa to start, move, and operate the vehicle as needed for
service, including short movements on the property or between work areas. Ultra Auto
Spa is not responsible for mechanical, electrical, battery, or warning-light issues that arise
during normal operation, or for pre-existing mechanical conditions.
Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours after Customer is notified that work is complete
may be charged a storage fee of $25 per day. Vehicles left more than 30 days may be
handled under applicable Texas law, including any lien rights for unpaid services.

13. Callbacks, Claims & Return Visits
All claims must be reported in writing (text or email accepted) within 48 hours of service
completion, with photos. Claims reported after 48 hours are waived.
Ultra Auto Spa must be given the first opportunity to inspect and correct any
legitimate workmanship issue. Customer will not be reimbursed for repairs done by
others without our prior written approval.
Our remedy for a valid workmanship claim is limited to re-performing the affected
service or, at our option, refunding the price of that specific service.
Issues unrelated to our work — customer misuse, weather, environmental fallout, bird
droppings, sap, water spotting, or new contamination — are not covered, and return
visits for them may incur a travel/service fee, partial service fee, or full service charge
depending on location, scope, and circumstances.
Customer satisfaction concerns about appearance must be raised before Ultra Auto
Spa leaves the job or before the vehicle is picked up. Acceptance of the vehicle
confirms the work was completed as described.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Auto Spa shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of use, rental vehicles, transportation costs, or loss of income
Diminished value claims
Cosmetic concerns within industry tolerance
Damage caused by Customer, third parties, weather, or acts of nature after service
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
performed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful
misconduct where such limits are prohibited by law.
15.Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ultra Auto Spa, its owners, employees,
and contractors from any claims, damages, fines, or costs (including attorneys' fees)
arising from: Customer's breach of these Terms; inaccurate or incomplete information

Customer provided; undisclosed aftermarket or modified items; hazards on Customer's
property; and claims by any other owner, lienholder, lessor, or person with an interest in
the vehicle.
16. Authority to Authorize Service
The person authorizing service confirms they are the vehicle owner or are authorized by
the owner, lessor, or lienholder to approve the work and accept these Terms. Leased and
financed vehicles are serviced on the Customer's assurance that the work is permitted
under their agreement.
17. Photos, Video & Marketing
Ultra Auto Spa may photograph and record the vehicle before, during, and after service
for quality, documentation, and dispute purposes. We may also use photos of the vehicle
in marketing and social media, with license plates and personal information obscured.
Customer may opt out of marketing use by telling us in writing.
18. Force Majeure
Ultra Auto Spa is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by weather,
extreme heat, rain, supply shortages, equipment failure, traffic, accidents, illness, utility
outages, or events beyond our control.
19. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute shall first go through informal resolution: Customer must give written notice
and allow 30 days to resolve it. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding
arbitration in Montgomery County, Texas. Small claims matters within that court's
jurisdiction may be brought in Montgomery County Justice Court. Parties waive the right
to a jury trial or class action. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees
and costs.
Texas law governs this agreement.

20. Severability &Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the
maximum extent allowed and the rest remains in full effect. Ultra Auto Spa's failure to
enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
21. Changes toTheseTerms
Ultra Auto Spa may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the date
service is scheduled or authorized applies to that service.
22.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the approved estimate, invoice, and any signed waiver, are the
entire agreement between the parties. Modifications must be in writing and approved by
Ultra Auto Spa.
23. Acceptance & Authorization

14), Indemnification (Section 15), and Arbitration (Section 19).
